Today I listened to a raisin - honestly.
It was part of developmental workshop I attended about Mindfulness which turned out to be very interesting. It made me realise that I've already been practising some elements of Mindfulness for the last couple of years without even realising it!
I also learnt that I'm, currently, incapable of just sitting and focusing on my breathing for any longer than about 30 seconds without feeling like I want to tear my own skin off - more work required methinks!
