I can’t speak (or sing) on behalf of his “baby”, obviously, but I think I would sort of prefer to unwrap a toaster on Christmas Day. The ego of the man. Plus, if I danced like that, I wouldn’t dance. And if I made up a song like that, I’d keep it very much to myself.
Damagingly, I now have this song going through my head. I played it twice – for research purposes, you understand – and find the thing fully stuck behind my eyes. This may be a loooong July.
Hello. I'm just catching up with your blog. I chose the beginning of December as my starting point. I wasn't going to comment until I reached the top (which may take a day or two), but felt compelled to make public my gaspingly excited disapproval of this song.
Some of the snowy pictures you posted on the 1st of December, incidentally, are properly beautiful. I really, really loved them.
But isn't it just fabulous in its awfulness (and doesn't it remind you a little of early Jason Donovan?)?! You were lucky to have gotten away with only playing it twice, I couldn't turn it off for days!

You've got a long way to go with catching up (and I apologise for some of the mind-numbingly boring posts to come) so hopefully I'll see you at some point between then and now! H :-)
